Terms of Use – Jannatpay
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our payment exchange service jannatpay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service facilitates the exchange and transfer of payments between users and designated recipients. We process payments received from users and transfer the corresponding amount according to the instructions provided by the user.
3. Processing Time
Under normal operating conditions, payment transfers are typically processed within 1–3 hours after confirmation of the payment.
However, in circumstances involving server issues, technical disruptions, network problems, maintenance, or other operational delays, processing times may extend to T+2–3 business days or longer until the issue is resolved.
Users acknowledge and agree that such delays may occur due to factors beyond our immediate control.
4. Refund Policy During Technical Delays
If a transaction cannot be processed within the normal timeframe due to server-related or technical issues, the user may request a 100% refund of the original payment amount.
Refund conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted before the transaction has been completed or transferred.
- Refund requests must be made through our official support channels.
- Once a transaction has been successfully processed or transferred, the refund request may no longer be eligible.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate payment and recipient information.
- Ensuring the payment method used is valid and authorized.
- Verifying transaction details before submitting a request.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to delays caused by technical failures, server issues, or third-party systems.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
